3. Shopify Store Data

CartPay only uses Shopify-related data needed for checkout, order sync, and merchant dashboard functionality. Merchants remain responsible for their own customer data and Shopify store policies.

4. Payment Data

CartPay may store invoice references, payment status, order amounts, and related checkout metadata. Bitcoin wallet private keys should never be submitted to CartPay.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell merchant data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, email, hosting, analytics, or compliance providers where needed to operate CartPay.
